REPORTING TO: General Manager
OVERVIEW
The Food/Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Kitchen and Dining Room. They will manage a team of Kitchen and Dining Room employees, that will be tasked with providing a quality dining service to the residents. Their ability to develop and maintain a healthy rapport with residents will be critical in ensuring their satisfaction as evidenced through surveys and verbal feedback.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Resident Communications:
Resident’s overall happiness is a priority for Oncore. The Food Service Manager’s ability to develop and maintain a healthy rapport with residents will be critical in ensuring their satisfaction.
Food Services:
The FBM must be focused on delivering an extraordinary service and meal experience in the Dining Room. They will build a diverse and nutritious meal program for our Manor residents and guests.
Employee Support:
Create and manage a team of qualified individuals to support our residents and the food services program. Ensure that all employees are complying with Food Safe regulations and Oncore policies.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the kitchen and dining room team while maintaining a “continuous improvement” mindset.
